Our wines are juicy with fresh aromatic profiles and aromas of red fruits and hints of ‘garrigue’ (local shrubs, with an abundance of thyme and rosemary). Our Côtes du Rhône villages are aged in concrete vats to retain as much freshness and fruitiness as possible. Our Massif d’Uchaux wines are aged for 12 months in Burgundian oak barrels. Our ‘La Source’ cuvée is aged in ‘demi-muids’, jars and concrete eggs. The finest of our plot selections is raised in our underground source as this is the perfect place for our cuvée to begin its journey. The constant humidity and the flow of water offer finesse and elegance to the tannins.
